Hyderabad: Telangana BC Employability Skill Development & Training Centre (TGBCESDTC), Hyderabad, has announced a free 125-day Foundation Course for Group I, II, III and IV exams, Banking Services, Staff Selection Commission (SSC), Railway Recruitment Board (RRB) and Police recruitment examinations for 2026-27.
The move is aimed at helping unemployed graduates prepare for competitive examinations,
The coaching programme will be conducted at 12 TG BC Study Circles across Telangana.
Online applications will be accepted from July 25 through the official website. The announcement was made by Dr Mamidi Harikrishna, Director, TGBCESDTC.
The selection will be based on degree marks, reservation rules, and availability of seats in the respective study circles.

Who can apply?
Applicants must have completed a degree (graduation).
The annual family income should not exceed:
Rs 1.50 lakh for rural students
Rs 2.00 lakh for urban students
However, the following candidates are not eligible:
Students pursuing regular courses
Employed candidates
Candidates who have already availed free coaching in any TG BC Study Circle

Students who maintain 75% or more attendance every month will receive a stipend of Rs 1,000 per month for five months, which includes support for books and transportation expenses.
