- SSC Delhi Police & CAPF Recruitment 2026: Apply For 1871 SI Posts | Salary
The Staff Selection Commission has announced recruitment for Sub-Inspectors (CPO) in the Delhi Police and CAPF. Candidates can apply online by visiting the official website, ssc.gov.in. They will have the opportunity to make corrections to their forms from 8 to 10 October 2026.
Educational Qualification:
- Graduation degree.
- Valid LMV driving licence.
Age limit:
- Minimum: 20 years
- Maximum: 30 years
- SC/ST: five-year relaxation in the maximum age limit
- OBC: three-year relaxation
- Ex-servicemen: three-year relaxation
Fee:
- General: ₹100
- Women, SC, ST, ex-servicemen: free
There will be negative marking in Paper 1. A quarter of a mark will be deducted for every incorrect answer.
Half a mark will be deducted for every incorrect answer.
Physical efficiency Test for male candidates
- 100-metre race: 16 seconds
- 1.6-kilometre race: 6.5 minutes
- Long jump: 3.65 metres, 3 attempts
- High jump: 1.2 metres, 3 attempts
- Shot put: 4.5 metres, 3 attempts
Physical efficiency test for female candidates
- 100-metre race: 18 seconds
- 800-metre race: 4 minutes
- Long jump: 2.7 metres, 3 attempts
- High jump: 0.9 metres, 3 attempts
