Staff Selection Commission (SSC) on May 22 announced the change in dates for GD exam. The exam, which was earlier scheduled to take place on May 28 was preponed to May 27 on account of Id-u-Zuha (Bakrid).
“In view of the Office Memorandum F. No. 12/3/2023-JCA dated 22.05.2026 issued by the Department of Personnel & Training (DoP&T) regarding the change in the date of holiday on account of Id-u-Zuha (Bakrid), it is hereby informed that the examination of the Constable (GD) Examination, 2026, which was scheduled to be held on 28th May, 2026, will now be conducted on 27th May, 2026,” SSC stated in an official notice.
